Working principle:

The air circuit breaker diligently monitors the current in the circuit in real-time through a sophisticated current transformer. It then transmits the precise current signal to the intelligent controller.

Upon the intelligent controller's detection of any abnormal current, it promptly disconnects the contacts within the circuit breaker to cut off the circuit

Mechanical Operation Test:

Carefully check whether the mechanical operation of the circuit breaker exhibits flexibility and reliability.

Thoroughly test the operation functions including closing, ensuring seamless, opening, and energy storage capabilities.

Electrical Performance Testing:

Insulation Resistance Test: Utilize a megohmmeter to meticulously measure the insulation resistance of both the main and auxiliary circuits, guaranteeing they meet the standard benchmark (usually ≥ 1M Ω).

Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test: Administer the rated power frequency voltage (such as 2500V/1min) to the main and auxiliary circuits to thoroughly assess the insulation performance.

Contact Resistance Test: Accurately measure the contact resistance of the main contacts, ensuring it remains below the specified threshold (typically in the micro ohm level).

Protection Function Test:

Evaluate the action values and timing of critical protection functions, such as overload, short circuit, and ground fault mitigation.
