ACB (Air Circuit Breaker) is a high-performance low-voltage circuit breaker, with representative models including MT/NT and MVS series, covering rated currents of 630A~6300A, with a breaking capacity of up to 150kA, suitable for industrial, commercial, and energy distribution systems.

Intelligence: Built in Micrologic release, supports real-time monitoring (current, voltage, fault recording) and remote control, compatible with EcoStruxure platform.

Working principle:

The air circuit breaker monitors the current in the circuit in real-time through a current transformer. And transmit the current signal to the intelligent controller.

After the intelligent controller detects the abnormal current, it will disconnect the contacts inside the circuit breaker and cut off the circuit

Installation Instructions

· The MTN and MTH range from 800A to 6300A (excluding 4000A) feature the same expertly designed connection terminals;
There's no need to allocate extra space for front connections, as our terminals retain the sleek depth of the circuit breaker, ensuring seamless integration;
· For versatile installation on horizontal or vertical busbars, simply rotate the connection terminal a convenient 90 degrees.

Electrical Performance Testing:

Insulation Resistance Test: Employ a megohmmeter to meticulously measure the insulation resistance of both main and auxiliary circuits, ensuring they meet or exceed the standard benchmark (typically ≥ 1M Ω).

Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test: Deliver rated power frequency voltage (such as 2500V for 1 minute) to the main and auxiliary circuits to evaluate the insulation performance comprehensively.

Contact Resistance Test: Carefully measure the contact resistance of the primary contact, ensuring it remains below the specified threshold (customarily at micro ohm level).

Protection Function Test:

Examine the action values and timing for protection functions such as overload, short circuit, and ground fault.

Confirm the settings andfunctionality of the intelligent release device, ensuring robust performance and safety measures are in place.
