-Mechanical installation steps
(1) Secure the Electric Operating Mechanism
Install the state-of-the-art electric motor mechanism precisely at the designated location, typically on the side or top of the circuit breaker. Ensure alignment with the specific model of the circuit breaker for optimal performance.
Firmly tighten with the provided matching screws to guarantee stability and prevent any looseness that could result in displacement due to vibration.
(2) Connect the Transmission Mechanism
Gear/Coupling Docking:
Meticulously align the output shaft of the electric mechanism with the operating shaft of the circuit breaker. Precision alignment is key to flawless operation.
Employ robust couplings or gear couplings to ensure perfect alignment and prevent any deviation, thus avoiding any potential jamming issues.
Manual Testing:
Switch to manual mode, if available. Turn the handle to verify that the mechanism operates with seamless smoothness and efficiency.
Observe closely to ensure that the opening and closing of the circuit breaker are in perfect synchronization, without any delay or jamming, signifying flawless operation.
(3) Install Auxiliary Components
Secure the limit switch/sensor in its designated position to guarantee precise and accurate detection of the opening and closing status of the mechanism.
For the energy storage mechanism, if applicable, ensure the spring energy storage functions as expected and perform a manual test to verify its effectiveness.
