Working principle:

The air circuit breaker continuously monitors circuit current via a current transformer. It transmits this data to the intelligent controller.

Upon detecting any abnormal current, the intelligent controller swiftly disconnects the circuit breaker's contacts to cut off the circuit, ensuring safety and reliability.

·For our MTN and MTH series, ranging from an impressive 800A to 6300A (excluding the 4000A), marvel at the uniformity of their connection terminals. These connection terminals are designed to remain consistent across models.;
Ingenious engineering means there's no requirement for additional space at the front. The terminals are crafted to not extend the depth of the circuit breaker, ensuring seamless integration.
·For adaptability, whether connecting to a horizontal or vertical busbar, our connection terminals offer the flexibility to rotate a full 90 degrees, accommodating diverse installation needs.

Product testing

Mechanical Operation Test:

Ensure the mechanical operation of the circuit breaker remains flexible and unfailingly reliable.

Thoroughly test operation functions including closing, opening, and energy storage.

Electrical Performance Testing:

Insulation Resistance Test: Utilize a megohmmeter to meticulously measure insulation resistance of both main and auxiliary circuits, ensuring compliance with the standard (typically ≥ 1M Ω).

Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test: Apply rated power frequency voltage, such as 2500V for one minute, to main and auxiliary circuits, assessing insulation robustness.

Contact Resistance Test: Precisely measure the contact resistance of the main contact, ensuring it remains below the specified threshold (generally at the micro ohm level).

Protection Function Test:

Evaluate action values and timings of vital protection functions, including overload, short circuit, and ground fault.
