ACB (Air Circuit Breaker) is a high-performance low-voltage circuit breaker, with representative models including MT/NT and MVS series, covering rated currents of 630A~6300A, with a breaking capacity of up to 150kA, suitable for industrial, commercial, and energy distribution systems.

Intelligence: Built in Micrologic release, supports real-time monitoring (current, voltage, fault recording) and remote control, compatible with EcoStruxure platform.

Working principle:

The air circuit breaker vigilantly monitors the current in the circuit in real-time through an advanced current transformer, and transmits the current signal to the intelligent controller.

Upon detection by the intelligent controller of any abnormal current, it swiftly disconnects the contacts inside the circuit breaker to cut off the circuit

Installation Instructions

· The MTN and MTH800A to 6300A (excluding 4000A) models feature a uniform design with the same connection terminals,ensuring seamless compatibility.
No additional space is required for the front connection, as the terminals are ingeniously designed to avoid increasing the overall depth of the circuit breaker;
· For versatile installation on either horizontal or vertical busbars, you can easily adjust the connection terminal by a simple 90-degree rotation.

Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test: Administer rated power frequency voltage (such as 2500V/1min) to main and auxiliary circuits to verify optimal insulation performance.

Contact Resistance Test: Accurately measure the contact resistance on the main contact to confirm it remains below the specified micro ohm level.

Protection Function Test:

Evaluate the action values and response times of crucial protection functions, including overload, short circuit, and ground fault.

Confirm the settings andfunctional integrity of the intelligent release device, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
