ACB (Air Circuit Breaker) is a high-performance low-voltage circuit breaker, with representative models including MT/NT and MVS series, covering rated currents of 630A~6300A, with a breaking capacity of up to 150kA, suitable for industrial, commercial, and energy distribution systems.

Working principle:
The air circuit breaker monitors the current in the circuit in real-time through a current transformer. And transmit the current signal to the intelligent controller.
After the intelligent controller detects the abnormal current, it will disconnect the contacts inside the circuit breaker and cut off the circuit

Installation Instructions
·MTN, MTH800A to 6300A (except for 4000A) feature the convenience of having uniform connection terminals;
No front connection space is necessary, as the terminals are ingeniously designed to maintain the circuit breaker's original depth;
·For seamless integration with horizontal or vertical busbars, effortlessly rotate the connection terminal by 90 degrees.
Mechanical operation test:
Carefully inspect whether the mechanical operation of the circuit breaker is flexible, ensuring it is both reliable.
Test the efficient operation functions including closing,seamless opening,and energy storageto confirm smooth transitions.
Electrical performance testing:
Insulation resistance test: Employ a megohmmeter to precisely measure the insulation resistance of the main and auxiliary circuits, guaranteeing they adhere to the standard (commonly ≥ 1M Ω).
Power frequency withstand voltage test: Administer the rated power frequency voltage (like 2500V/1min) to both the main and auxiliary circuits to scrutinize the insulation performance.
Contact resistance test: Measure the contact resistance of the main contact meticulously, ensuring it remains below the specified value (typically at the micro ohm level).
Protection function test:
Conduct tests on the action values and timing of protection functions such as overload, short circuit, and ground fault,ensuring precision.
Thoroughly verify the settings as well as thefunctionality of the intelligent release device for optimal performance.
Outer packaging:
Our packaging is robust and reliable. Sturdy wooden boxes are typically used to ensure exceptional mechanical strength and protection.
These wooden crates are ideal for large ACB Air Circuit Breakers or international transportation, ensuring safe delivery.
