Installation Instructions
-Installed inside the panel
Installation method:
Fixed installation
Distribution box: installed inside the distribution box to ensure firmness.
Vertical installation
Direction: Usually installed vertically, with the operating handle facing upwards
Avoid: inverted installation, unless permitted by the product.
Connection
Power cord: Connect to the input terminal of the circuit breaker (marked as "L1", "L2", "L3")
Load line: Connect to the output terminal (marked as "T1","T2","T3")
Grounding wire: lf there is a grounding terminal, it must be firmly connected.
Distance requirements
Spacing: Maintain sufficient distance from other devices for easy heat dissipation and maintenance.
Reference: Please refer to the product manual for specific spacing.
Safety precautions
Power off operation: The power must be cut off during installation to prevent electric shock.
Protective equipment: Wear insulated gloves and goggles

Mechanical operation testing
Content: Operate the circuit breaker multiple times to check whether the opening and closing are flexible and reliable.
Insulation resistance test
Content. Use an insulation resistance tester to measure the insulation resistance between each pole of the circuit breaker and between the pole and the casing.
Voltage withstand test
Content: Apply high voltage (usually twice the rated voltage+1000V) for 1 minute and check for breakdown.
Temperature rise test
Content. Run at rated current and measure the temperature rise of wiring terminals and contacts.

Content: Check if the circuit breaker can open and close normally after power on.
Protection function test
Overload protection: Simulate overload and check if the circuit breaker trips within the specified time.
Short circuit protection: Simulate a short circuit and check if the circuit breaker trips instantly.
