·The MTN and MTH series, spanning 800A to 6300A (with the exception of 4000A), are engineered with the identical connection terminals.;
Innovative design means no space is needed for front connections, as the terminals maintain a sleek profile without increasing the depth of the circuit breaker.
·For seamless integration on either horizontal or vertical busbars, effortlessly swivel the connection terminal a precise 90 degrees.
Mechanical Operation Test Excellence:
Ensure that the mechanical operations of the circuit breaker are conducted with utmost flexibility and unwavering reliability.
Thoroughly assess the operation functions, including seamless closing, precise opening, and efficient energy storage.
Exemplary Electrical Performance Testing:
Insulation Resistance Mastery: Employ a megohmmeter to meticulously measure the insulation resistance of both main and auxiliary circuits, steadfastly ensuring they surpass standards (usually ≥ 1M Ω).
Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Assurance: Apply the rated power frequency voltage (for instance, 2500V/1min) to both main and auxiliary circuits to rigorously verify insulation performance.
Contact Resistance Precision: Accurately measure the contact resistance of the main contact, ensuring it remains below the specified threshold (typically at the micro ohm level).
