Working principle:
The air circuit breaker continuously monitors the current in the circuit via a current transformer, transmitting the current signal to the intelligent controller.
Once the intelligent controller detects an abnormal current, it promptly disconnects the contacts within the circuit breaker to safely cut off the circuit.

· Effortlessly adapt to various setups by rotating the connection terminal 90 degrees for easy horizontal or vertical busbar connections.
Mechanical operation test: This essential test checks the core mechanics of our circuit breaker, ensuring seamless operation.
Check whether the mechanical operation of the circuit breaker is flexible and reliable.
Test the operation functions such as closing, opening, and energy storage. These operational tests ensure that every function is executed with precision and reliability.
Electrical performance testing: This phase is designed to confirm the robustness and durability of the circuit breaker's electrical attributes.
Insulation resistance test: Use a megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of the main and auxiliary circuits, ensuring that they meet the rigorous standards (usually ≥ 1M Ω). This test guarantees the integrity of insulation under operational demands.
Power frequency withstand voltage test: Apply rated power frequency voltage (such as 2500V/1min) to the main circuit and auxiliary circuit to check the insulation performance, ensuring resilience against high voltage scenarios.
Contact resistance test: Measure the contact resistance of the main contact to ensure that it is below the specified value (usually micro ohm level), ensuring optimal conductivity and minimal energy loss.
Protection function test: This critical step ensures that all protective features are functioning to safeguard against unexpected electrical anomalies.
Test the action values and time of protection functions such as overload, short circuit, and ground fault. These tests guarantee that any electrical threat is swiftly neutralized.
