Working principle:
This sophisticated air circuit breaker monitors circuit current in real-time through a current transformer, transmitting the current signal to the intelligent controller.
Upon detecting any abnormal current, the intelligent controller promptly disconnects the contacts within the circuit breaker to safely cut off the circuit, ensuring system integrity and protection.

·For the MTN and MTH series, ranging from 800A to 6300A (except for 4000A), these models feature the same connection terminals, ensuring seamless integration and minimal fuss during installation.;
With innovative design, there's no requirement to reserve space for front connections, as our terminals are engineered to maintain the circuit breaker's compact depth;
·Effortlessly connect to either horizontal or vertical busbars by simply rotating the connection terminal 90 degrees, catering to diverse electrical setups with ease and precision.
Mechanical operation test:
Check whether the mechanical operation of the circuit breaker is flexible, ensuring seamless operation that is reliable.
Test the operation functions meticulously, including closing,ensuring smooth initiation, and opening,guaranteeing swift disengagement, as well as energy storagefor dependable performance.
Electrical performance testing:
Insulation resistance test: Utilize a precise megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of both main and auxiliary circuits, ensuring superior compliance with standards (typically ≥ 1M Ω).
Power frequency withstand voltage test: Apply the rated power frequency voltage (for instance, 2500V/1min) to the main and auxiliary circuits, verifying top-notch insulation performance.
Contact resistance test: Accurately measure the contact resistance of the main contact to confirm it remains below the established threshold (commonly micro ohm level).
Protection function test:
Test the precision of action values and timing for protection functions such as overload, short circuit, and ground faultto ensure utmost safety.
Verify the settings andfunctionality of the intelligent release device, ensuring optimal performance.
Outer packaging:
Robust wooden boxes are typically utilized to bestow ample mechanical strength and durability.
