Installation Instructions
· For the MTN and MTH models ranging from 800A to 6300A (excluding 4000A), you will find a consistent design with the same connection terminals, ensuring simplified setup and enhanced compatibility across different installations.;
No additional space is necessary for front connections, as the terminals are ingeniously designed to maintain the circuit breaker's original depth.
· Whether you are connecting to horizontal or vertical busbars, our versatile design allows the connection terminal to be rotated a seamless 90 degrees for effortless and adaptable installation.
1. Rigorous Mechanical Operation Test:
Ensure the circuit breaker's mechanical operation is smooth, agile, andconsistently reliable.
Evaluate operation functions including seamless closing, precise opening,and efficient energy storage.
2. Comprehensive Electrical Performance Testing:
• Insulation Resistance Test: Employ a megohmmeter to assess insulation resistance of the primary and auxiliary circuits, ensuring adherence to standards (typically ≥ 1M Ω).
• Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test: Administer rated power frequency voltage (e.g., 2500V/1min) to both main and auxiliary circuits to verify superior insulation performance.
• Contact Resistance Test: Accurately measure contact resistance of the main contact, guaranteeing it remains below the defined value (usually at the micro ohm level).
3. Robust Protection Function Test:
Evaluate the activation thresholds and timings of protection functions encompassing overload, short circuit scenarios, as well as ground fault conditions.
