Working Principle:

When the current is overloaded, the bimetallic strip expands due to the heating caused by the current, and the remarkable difference in expansion coefficients between different metal layers leads to bending.

When the bending reaches the carefully designed threshold, it pushes the release rod, thereby releasing the stored spring energy, effectively separates the contacts, and mechanically trips;

When the current is short-circuited, a powerful falling wheel magnetic force is generated at the base of the electromagnetic coil, attracting the armature to collide forcefully with the release rod.
