Working principle:
The air circuit breaker consistently monitors the electrical current via a high-precision current transformer, transmitting the data to the intelligent controller.
When the intelligent controller detects any abnormal current, it promptly disconnects the internal contacts of the circuit breaker to safely cut off the circuit, ensuring optimal protection.

· Our MTN and MTH models, ranging from 800A to an impressive 6300A (excluding 4000A), are crafted with precision, boasting the same robust connection terminals;
Effortless installation is key! There's no need to allocate additional space for the front connection, as our expertly designed terminals do not increase the circuit breaker's depth;
· Whether you're connecting to a horizontal or vertical busbar, our design ensures seamless integration. Simply adjust the connection terminal by 90 degrees for optimal alignment.
Mechanical Operation Test: Ensuring Smooth Functionality
Check the mechanical operation of the circuit breaker to ensure it is flexible and reliable.
Thoroughly test operational functions, including: closing, opening, and energy storage.
Electrical Performance Testing: A Commitment to Safety
Insulation Resistance Test: Employ a megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of both main and auxiliary circuits, ensuring compliance with industry standards (typically ≥ 1M Ω).
Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test: Apply the rated power frequency voltage (e.g., 2500V for 1 minute) to both main and auxiliary circuits to assess their insulation prowess.
Contact Resistance Test: Accurately measure the contact resistance of the primary contact to guarantee it remains under the specified threshold (generally at the micro-ohm level).
Protection Function Test: Safeguarding Your Equipment
Evaluate the action values and timing of protection functions, focusing on overload, short circuit, and ground fault.
Carefully verify the settings andfunctionality of the intelligent release device, ensuring peak performance.
