Installation Instructions

·The MTN and MTH series, ranging from a robust 800A to a powerful 6300A (excluding 4000A), feature the same seamless connection terminals,;
No additional space is needed for the front connection. The thoughtfully engineered terminals maintain the original depth, keeping the circuit breaker compact;
·For versatile connections on either horizontal or vertical busbars, effortlessly adjust the connection terminal by rotating it 90 degrees.

Insulation Resistance Test: Employ a megohmmeter to gauge the insulation resistance within both main and auxiliary circuits, ensuring compliance with the standard benchmark (typically ≥ 1M Ω).

Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test: Apply the rated power frequency voltage, for instance, 2500V for 1 minute, to both the main and auxiliary circuits to evaluate the insulation integrity.

Contact Resistance Test: Precisely measure the contact resistance of the main contact, ensuring it remains below the prescribed threshold (generally at the micro ohm level).

Robust Protection Function Test:

Assess the accuracy and timing of protection functions, including overload, short circuit, and ground fault.
