Working principle:
The air circuit breaker meticulously monitors the current in the circuit in real-time through a precise current transformer, relaying the current signal to the intelligent controller.
Upon detecting abnormal current, the intelligent controller promptly disconnects the contacts within the circuit breaker and efficiently cuts off the circuit to prevent damage and ensure safety

· Achieve seamless connectivity on both horizontal and vertical busbars effortlessly by conveniently rotating the connection terminal a precise 90 degrees.

Conduct a meticulous inspection to ensure the mechanical operation of the circuit breaker is optimally flexible and steadfastly reliable.
Assess the seamless operation of functions including swift closing,precise opening,and efficient energy storage.
Comprehensive Electrical Performance Tests:
Insulation Resistance Excellence: Utilize a high-precision megohmmeter to measure insulation resistance of both main and auxiliary circuits, ensuring compliance with stringent standards (typically ≥ 1M Ω).
Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Verification: Subject the main and auxiliary circuits to rated frequency voltage (e.g., 2500V/1min) to affirm superior insulation performance.
Impeccable Contact Resistance Test: Measure the contact resistance of the main contacts, ensuring it remains within the specified micro ohm level for peak efficiency.
