ACB (Air Circuit Breaker) is a high-performance low-voltage circuit breaker, with representative models including MT/NT and MVS series, covering rated currents of 630A~6300A, with a breaking capacity of up to 150kA, suitable for industrial, commercial, and energy distribution systems.

Working principle:
The air circuit breaker monitors the current in the circuit in real-time through a current transformer. And transmit the current signal to the intelligent controller.
After the intelligent controller detects the abnormal current, it will disconnect the contacts inside the circuit breaker and cut off the circuit

No additional space is required for front connections, as the innovative design ensures the terminals do not increase the depth of the circuit breaker,
·For seamless integration onto horizontal or vertical busbars, effortlessly rotate the connection terminal a full 90 degrees to fit your configuration needs.
Mechanical Operation Test: Ensuring Smooth and Reliable Mechanism
Carefully examine whether the mechanical operation of the circuit breaker is flexible and reliable.
Thoroughly test operation functions such as closing, opening, and energy storage.
Electrical Performance Testing: Assuring Optimal Electrical Integrity
Insulation Resistance Test: Employ a megohmmeter to precisely measure the insulation resistance of both main and auxiliary circuits, confirming adherence to standards (typically ≥ 1M Ω).
Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test: Apply the standard rated power frequency voltage (such as 2500V/1min) to both main and auxiliary circuits to thoroughly assess insulation performance.
Contact Resistance Test: Accurately measure the contact resistance of the main contact to guarantee it remains below the specified threshold (generally at the micro ohm level).
Protection Function Test: Ensuring Robust and Reliable Protection
Test and confirm the action values and timely response of protection functionalities such as overload, short circuit, and ground fault.
Verify and validate the settings andfunctionality of the intelligent release device, ensuring peak performance and safety.
