-Mechanical installation steps
(1) Fixed electric operating mechanism
Carefully install the electric motor mechanism at its designated position, typically located on the side or top of the circuit breaker, tailored to the specific model of the circuit breaker.
Secure the mechanism firmly using matching screws to guarantee stability, preventing any looseness that could result from vibration-induced displacement.
(2) Connect the transmission mechanism
Gear/coupling docking:
Precisely align the output shaft of the electric mechanism with the operating shaft of the circuit breaker for optimal performance.
Utilize couplings or gear couplings to ensure perfect alignment, avoiding any potential jamming issues.
Manual testing:
Engage manual mode (if available), and rotate the handle to verify that the mechanism operates smoothly.
Ensure that the circuit breaker's opening and closing actions are perfectly synchronized, without any delays or jamming.
(3) Install auxiliary components
Firmly install the limit switch/sensor at the specified location, ensuring accurate detection of the circuit breaker's open and close status.
For the energy storage mechanism (if applicable): Confirm the spring energy storage is functioning correctly by conducting a manual energy storage test.
For optimal protection, our inner packaging is designed with shockproof materials.
