Working principle:
This air circuit breaker meticulously monitors the circuit's current in real-time using a current transformer, then transmits the current signal to the intelligent controller.
Upon detecting any abnormal current, the intelligent controller promptly disconnects the internal contacts of the circuit breaker to cut off the circuit, ensuring reliable protection and operational safety.

·For versatile connectivity on horizontal or vertical busbars, these terminals are engineered for adaptability - just rotate the connection terminal a convenient 90 degrees for a perfect fit every time.
Mechanical operation test:
Ensure that the circuit breaker's mechanical operations are seamlessly smooth and exceptionally reliable.
Assess vital operation functions like closing, opening, and energy storage.
Electrical performance testing:
Insulation resistance test: Deploy a megohmmeter for measuring the insulation resistance of both the main and auxiliary circuits, ensuring conformity with standards (typically ≥ 1M Ω).
Power frequency withstand voltage test: Administer the rated power frequency voltage (e.g., 2500V/1min) to the main and auxiliary circuits to evaluate insulation efficacy.
Contact resistance test: Ascertain that the contact resistance of the primary contact remains beneath the designated threshold (customarily within micro ohm levels).
Protection function test:
Scrutinize the action values and timing of protection features like overload, short circuit, and ground fault.
Confirm the precision settings andoperational excellence of the intelligent release device.
