ACB (Air Circuit Breaker) is a high-performance low-voltage circuit breaker, with representative models including MT/NT and MVS series, covering rated currents of 630A~6300A, with a breaking capacity of up to 150kA, suitable for industrial, commercial, and energy distribution systems.

Working principle:
The air circuit breaker monitors the current in the circuit in real-time through a current transformer. And transmit the current signal to the intelligent controller.
After the intelligent controller detects the abnormal current, it will disconnect the contacts inside the circuit breaker and cut off the circuit

Installation Instructions
· Our MTN and MTH800A to 6300A range, with the exception of the 4000A model, features uniform connection terminals for easy and seamless integration.;
With an innovative design, there's no need to allocate additional space for front connections, as the terminals maintain the original depth of the circuit breaker;
· For added flexibility, you can effortlessly connect on either horizontal or vertical busbars by simply rotating the connection terminal a swift 90 degrees, ensuring versatile installation options.
A. Mechanical Operation Test:
Thoroughly check the mechanical operation of the circuit breaker to ensure it is flexible and reliable.
Evaluate the operational functions, including closing, opening, and energy storage.
B. Electrical Performance Testing:
Insulation Resistance Test: Employ a megohmmeter to precisely measure the insulation resistance of both main and auxiliary circuits, ensuring they surpass standard requirements (typically ≥ 1M Ω).
Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test: Administer the rated power frequency voltage (such as 2500V/1min) to both the main and auxiliary circuits to meticulously verify insulation performance.
Contact Resistance Test: Accurately measure the contact resistance of the main contact to confirm it remains below the specified threshold (typically at the micro-ohm level).
C. Protection Function Test:
Rigorous testing of protection functions action values and timing, such as overload, short circuit, and ground fault.
Authenticate the settings andfunctionality of the intelligent release device for assured performance.
Outer packaging:
Robust and Reliable wooden boxes are utilized to ensure maximum mechanical strength and protection.
These sturdy wooden crates are perfect for safeguarding larger circuit breakers or for international shipping needs.
Inner packaging:
The circuit breaker is meticulously wrapped using protective cushioning materials such as foam pads, bubble wrap or pearl cotton to effectively prevent vibrations and collisions.
For larger circuit breakers, a multi-layered packaging design is employed, with essential accessories (such as manuals, tools, and spare parts) strategically positioned on the upper layer for easy access.
Domestic transportation
If a specific freight forwarder is designated in China, we ensure seamless delivery to the specified location using road transportation or domestic express services immediately after production completion.
International transport
