ACB (Air Circuit Breaker) is a high-performance low-voltage circuit breaker, with representative models including MT/NT and MVS series, covering rated currents of 630A~6300A, with a breaking capacity of up to 150kA, suitable for industrial, commercial, and energy distribution systems.

Intelligence: Built in Micrologic release, supports real-time monitoring (current, voltage, fault recording) and remote control, compatible with EcoStruxure platform.

High reliability: modular design, optional electronic/thermal magnetic protection, with a lifespan of tens of thousands of operations.

Comprehensive protection: Provides overload, short circuit, and ground fault protection, and supports selective coordination.

Flexible Expansion:Communication modules (Modbus, Ethernet) and auxiliary contacts can be installed.

Working principle:

The air circuit breaker monitors the current in the circuit in real-time through a current transformer. And transmit the current signal to the intelligent controller.

After the intelligent controller detects the abnormal current, it will disconnect the contacts inside the circuit breaker and cut off the circuit

·The MTN and MTH series, ranging from 800A up to an impressive 6300A (excluding the 4000A variant), are engineered with the same state-of-the-art connection terminals,;
Ingeniously designed, there's no need to allocate extra space for the front connection, as the innovative terminals maintain the circuit breaker's depth unaltered;
·Effortlessly connect to either the horizontal or vertical busbar by simply turning the connection terminal a precise 90 degrees.

Mechanical operation test:

Ensure the circuit breaker operates with impeccable precision; check if the mechanical movements are flexible and reliable.

Thoroughly test the seamless operation functions, including closing, opening, and energy storage.

Electrical performance testing:

Insulation resistance test: With precision, use a megohmmeter to accurately measure the insulation resistance of both the main and auxiliary circuits, ensuring they adhere to the high standards (typically ≥ 1M Ω).

Power frequency withstand voltage test: Meticulously apply the rated power frequency voltage (such as 2500V/1min) to the main and auxiliary circuits, confirming the superior insulation performance.

Contact resistance test: Precisely measure the contact resistance of the main contact to guarantee it remains below the stringent specified value (usually micro ohm level).

Protection function test:

Test with accuracy the action values and timing of protection functions such as overload, short circuit, and ground fault.

Meticulously verify the settings andfunctionality of the intelligent release device, ensuring optimal performance.

Outer packaging:

To ensure maximum protection and durability, robust wooden boxes are customarily employed, offering exceptional mechanical strength and safeguarding during transit.

Inner packaging:
