Working principle:

The air circuit breaker continuously monitors the circuit's current through a precise current transformer, transmitting signals to the intelligent controller.

Upon detecting any abnormal current, the intelligent controller will promptly disconnect the internal contacts of the circuit breaker to securely cut off the circuit

Installation Instructions

· MTN and MTH models ranging from 800A to a robust 6300A (excluding 4000A) are designed with same connection terminals;
No additional space is needed for front connections as the depth of the circuit breaker remains unaffected.
· For seamless integration with your electrical system, adjust the connection terminal by simply rotating it 90 degrees for horizontal or vertical busbar compatibility.

Rigorous Mechanical Operation Test:

Meticulously examine the circuit breaker's mechanical operation to ensure it is exceptionally flexible and unfailingly reliable.

Thoroughly test all operational functionalities such as smooth closing, precise opening, and efficient energy storage.

Detailed Electrical Performance Testing:

Conduct the insulation resistance test using a megohmmeter to meticulously measure the insulation resistance across the main and auxiliary circuits, ensuring strict compliance with the standard (usually ≥ 1M Ω).

Execute the power frequency withstand voltage test by applying the rated power frequency voltage (such as 2500V/1min) to both the main circuit and auxiliary circuit, rigorously verifying their insulation performance.

Perform an accurate contact resistance test to measure the contact resistance at the main contact, guaranteeing it remains below the specified threshold (usually at the micro ohm level).

Robust Protection Function Test:

Precisely test the action values and timing of critical protection functions including overload, short circuit, and ground fault.

Thoroughly verify the configuration settings andoperational functionality of the advanced intelligent release device.
