In the critical fire power supply system, our dual power automatic transfer switch (ATS) excels not only by automatically switching between main and backup power sources, but also by incorporating a sophisticated fire alarm linkage function. This feature guarantees uninterrupted power delivery to essential fire equipment (such as smoke exhaust fans, fire pumps, emergency lighting, etc.) during fire events, while continuously providing real-time status updates to the fire control center.

Forced Switching - The system ensures backup power remains active until manual reset, even if the main power supply is restored. This prevents unexpected power interruptions during critical fire extinguishing activities.

High Reliability - Featuring a mechanical/electronic dual interlock design, our ATS prevents short circuits that could arise from the simultaneous connection of two power sources.

Fast Response - With a rapid switching time of ≤ 1 second (and for critical loads, an impressive ≤ 0.2 seconds), our ATS ensures minimal disruption.

Switch Structure Explanation:

1. Electric Key Lock:This feature controls the internal power supply of the switch. When the electric lock is open, the switch can be operated both automatically and remotely. Conversely, when the electric lock is closed, operation is restricted to manual handling only, ensuring secure and controlled usage.

2. Operating Handle:When using the operating handle, ensure the electric lock is securely closed for manual operation.

3. Mechanic Padlock:During inspection, first set the switch to the '0' position using the operating handle. Then engage the padlock mechanism and secure it. This action cuts off the internal control power supply of the switch, preventing electric positioning and manual operations, thereby allowing safe and thorough inspections.

4. Position Indication:Indicates the working state of the switch (I, 0, II), ensuring clear and accurate status monitoring.

Guidelines for Seamless Installation of Dual Power Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS):

Recommended Installation Location: Select a dry, well-ventilated area conveniently situated near both the main and backup power supply inlets. This strategic placement ensures effortless operation and facilitates smooth maintenance.

Precise Wiring Specifications: Connect the main and backup power supplies directly to the ATS input terminal. Ensure secure connections where the output terminal links seamlessly to the load, with strict adherence to the correct phase sequence (L1/L2/L3/N/PE).

Thorough Switching Test: Power on and simulate a main power failure to assess the automatic switching time, which should ideally be ≤ 1.5 seconds. Confirm continuity of load power during the process to prevent any disruption.

Crucial Safety Requirements: Ensure reliable grounding and that the shell protection level is compatible with the environment, such as IP40 for indoor settings. Compliance with GB/T 14048.11 standard is mandatory for optimal safety assurance.
