Working Principle:

When the current is overloaded, the ingeniously designed bimetallic strip expands gracefully due to the intense heating effect caused by the current, and the difference in varied expansion coefficients between the precise metal layers leads to a perfect arc of bending.

When this delicate bending reaches the critical threshold, it dynamically pushes the release rod, andreleases the stored spring energy, effortlessly separates the contacts, and mechanically initiates a trip;

When the current isshort-circuited, a potent falling wheel magnetic force is expertly generated at the base of the electromagnetic coil, powerfully attracting the armature to collide decisively with the release rod.
