-Mechanical installation steps
(1) Fixed electric operating mechanism
Install the electric motor mechanism at the designated location (usually on the side or top of the circuit breaker) according to the model of the circuit breaker.
Tighten with matching screws to ensure no looseness (to avoid displacement caused by vibration).
(2) Connect the transmission mechanism
Gear/coupling docking:
Align the output shaft of the electric mechanism with the operating shaft of the circuit breaker.
Use couplings or gear couplings to ensure no deviation (avoid jamming).
Manual testing:
Switch to manual mode (if any), turn the handle to check if the mechanism is smooth.
Observe whether the opening and closing of the circuit breaker are synchronized (without delay or jamming).
(3) Install auxiliary components
Limit switch/sensor: fixed in the designated position to ensure accurate detection of opening and closing status.
Energy storage mechanism (if applicable): Check if the spring energy storage is normal and conduct a manual energy storage test.

Sea freight/air freight
When there is a large quantity of goods and time is not urgent, we choose sea freight. We will choose a suitable freight company, who wil arrange for trucks to pick up the goods and transport them to the designated por for warehousing. Finaly, they will transpored by sea to the customer's desianated port, and the customer needs to pick up the goods with a bill of lading.
