-Mechanical Installation Steps
(1) Secure the Electric Operating Mechanism
Begin by installing the electric motor mechanism at its designated location, typically on the side or top of the circuit breaker, ensuring compatibility with the specific circuit breaker model.
Fasten the mechanism using the appropriate screws, ensuring a secure fit to prevent any displacement due to vibrations.
(2) Connect the Transmission Mechanism
Gear/Coupling Docking:
Carefully align the output shaft of the electric mechanism with the operating shaft of the circuit breaker for seamless operation.
Employ couplings or gear couplings to maintain precise alignment and avoid any jamming.
Manual Testing:
Engage manual mode, if available, and turn the handle to ensure the mechanism operates smoothly.
Verify that the circuit breaker's opening and closing actions are perfectly synchronized, free from any delays or jams.
(3) Install Auxiliary Components
Secure the limit switch or sensor at its designated position to accurately detect and report the status of the circuit breaker's opening and closing.
For energy storage mechanisms (if applicable), ensure the spring is properly energized and perform a manual energy storage test to confirm functionality.
Shockproof material
Material: Crafted with premium foam, bubble film, and similar materials designed to protect the integrity of your equipment.
Placement: Expertly positioned around the circuit breaker, ensuring complete coverage at both the top and bottom for maximum safety.
-External packaging
Carton
Material: Engineered from high strength corrugated cardboard to provide durable and robust protection.
Carton sealing
Method: Secured with industry-standard tape or strapping to ensure a tight seal.
