ACB (Air Circuit Breaker) is a high-performance low-voltage circuit breaker, with representative models including MT/NT and MVS series, covering rated currents of 630A~6300A, with a breaking capacity of up to 150kA, suitable for industrial, commercial, and energy distribution systems.

Intelligence: Built in Micrologic release, supports real-time monitoring (current, voltage, fault recording) and remote control, compatible with EcoStruxure platform.

High reliability: modular design, optional electronic/thermal magnetic protection, with a lifespan of tens of thousands of operations.

Comprehensive protection: Provides overload, short circuit, and ground fault protection, and supports selective coordination.

Working principle:

The air circuit breaker monitors the current in the circuit in real-time through a current transformer. And transmit the current signal to the intelligent controller.

After the intelligent controller detects the abnormal current, it will disconnect the contacts inside the circuit breaker and cut off the circuit

Installation Instructions

· MTN and MTH800A to 6300A (save for 4000A), are designed with the same advanced connection terminals;
Ingeniously crafted: No extra space needed for front connections, as our terminals do not add any extra depth to the air circuit breaker, ensuring an efficient and compact installation;
· For seamless adaptability, simply rotate the connection terminal by 90 degrees, allowing easy horizontal or vertical busbar connections.

Mechanical operation test:

Assess the mechanical operation of the circuit breaker to ensure it is smooth and dependable.

Perform checks on operation functionalities such as closing, opening, and energy storage.

Electrical performance testing:

Insulation resistance test: Utilize a megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of both main and auxiliary circuits, ensuring compliance with standards (typically ≥ 1M Ω).

Power frequency withstand voltage test: Apply the rated power frequency voltage (such as 2500V for 1 minute) to main and auxiliary circuits, verifying insulation integrity.

Contact resistance test: Measure the main contact's resistance to confirm that it falls below the specified micro ohm levels.

Protection function test:

Evaluate the action thresholds and timing of safeguarding functions such as overload, short circuit, and ground fault.

Confirm the configuration andeffectiveness of the intelligent release mechanism.
