MT/MVS

ACB (Air Circuit Breaker) is a high-performance low-voltage circuit breaker, with representative models including MT/NT and MVS series, covering rated currents of 630A~6300A, with a breaking capacity of up to 150kA, suitable for industrial, commercial, and energy distribution systems.

Intelligence: Built in Micrologic release, supports real-time monitoring (current, voltage, fault recording) and remote control, compatible with EcoStruxure platform.

High reliability: modular design, optional electronic/thermal magnetic protection, with a lifespan of tens of thousands of operations.

Comprehensive protection: Provides overload, short circuit, and ground fault protection, and supports selective coordination.

Working principle:

The air circuit breaker monitors the current in the circuit in real-time through a current transformer. And transmit the current signal to the intelligent controller.

After the intelligent controller detects the abnormal current, it will disconnect the contacts inside the circuit breaker and cut off the circuit

The sophisticated design ensures no additional space is required at the front, as the terminals do not increase the circuit breaker's depth;
· For effortless adaptability, the connection terminal can be rotated 90 degrees, allowing for horizontal or vertical busbar connections.

Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test: Administer the rated power frequency voltage (e.g., 2500V/1min) to the main and auxiliary circuits to evaluate insulation integrity.

Contact Resistance Test: Assess the contact resistance of the main contact to ensure it remains within specified limits (generally at the micro ohm level).

Protection Function Test: Verifying Safeguards

Assess the action values and response times of protection functions like overload, short circuit, and ground fault.

Confirm the settings andfunctional integrity of the intelligent release device.
